Dayna Chamberlain began Leadership in Stilettos and Lipstick as a resource to assist others looking for assistance in building their leadership/management skills.
Dayna has been in Management for over 25 years. She has spent the last 14 years working in the death care profession. Her passion for people and customer service has given her much success in her chosen fields.
Dayna also works in the education profession as Program Head, Instructor and Practicum Supervisor. Her role has found her in a strong leadership role in Saskatchewan Education. She has mentored many students and has worked with higher level of management in the Education Profession.
In 2014 Dayna received a prestigious award with the Business Women of Moose Jaw PRISM Awards for Leadership and Management. She won the award for her outstanding resume in her field as a leader and manager, as well as her leadership in community/non profit organizations.
Dayna is a currently training with the John Maxwell Team to become a certified Trainer/Coach and Speaker. She has an incredible positive attitude and has credited her success to her tenacity, positive attitude and her "soul-changing" moment in which she was the lone survivor in a vehicular accident in 1997. It was this "soul-changing" moment that gave Dayna a new perspective on life and life's "purpose".
Now Dayna has applied everything she has learnt to bring her story to those that may need motivation in finding their purpose. Her topics are varied and she can open the mind to thoughtfulness. She has a incredible way to have others who want to join her "outside the box". She can assist finding your potential and going after your dreams. She will inspire you to have faith when you are ready to jump into your future goals, knowing that you have the ability to build your wings on the way down.
